Returns Policy (Books)

Returns

Because books are printed goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective due to a printing fault
  • You receive the wrong item

To report an issue, contact us at hello@alysonreilly.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Please note: Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us immediately at hello@alysonreilly.com if your book is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of printed books, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including:

  • Ordered the wrong book by mistake
  • No longer wanted the item
  • Purchased as a gift and changed your mind
  • Minor cosmetic wear that occurs during shipping that does not affect the readability of the book

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible once confirmed.
