Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (such as new launches, holidays, or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–5 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please email hello@alysonreilly.com with your order number and we will help as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@alysonreilly.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
