These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Alyson Reilly Books (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website and related online services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell printed books and related products. We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours and images. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing, product details, and availability at any time.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If an order is cancelled after payment is taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping (Ireland Only)
We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because books are printed goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or you receive the wrong item.
If there is an issue with your order, please email hello@alysonreilly.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
8. Damaged Parcels / Lost Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening where possible and contact us immediately. If a delivery is delayed or appears lost, contact us at hello@alysonreilly.com and we will work with the courier/postal service to investigate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including book text, illustrations, design, branding, images, and logos are the property of Alyson Reilly Books (or our licensors) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.
10. Personal Use Only
Products purchased are for personal use only and may not be resold without permission. For wholesale or trade enquiries, please contact us at hello@alysonreilly.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
